酸純化器：又稱酸純化系統(tǒng)，高純酸提純器，酸試劑提純器，高純酸蒸餾純化器等，實驗室工作中常常由于酸的純度較差，造成分析結(jié)果的偏差與錯誤。市售的超純酸往往由于價格較貴，很難滿足日常分析中對酸的大量需求。因此，提純優(yōu)化酸的質(zhì)量，是為經(jīng)濟可行的途徑，我廠的酸純化器可用于實驗室如HNO3、HCl、HF、堿溶液和有機溶劑的純化，純化后的酸和Merck的一樣好，實驗后期可配套我單位Teflon特氟龍系列試劑瓶收取高純酸。

二、工作原理：

酸純化器是利用熱輻射原理，保持液體溫度低于沸點溫度蒸發(fā)，再將其酸蒸氣冷凝從而制備高純水和高純試劑，廣泛應(yīng)用于樣品處理及分析實驗中。

三、產(chǎn)品特點：

1、可以滿足ICP、ICP-MS極低的檢測限需要及苛刻的分析應(yīng)用中提供實驗室級超純酸，所用容器均采用Teflon耐腐蝕無吸附塑料，可處理如HNO3、HCl、HF等實驗室的常用酸。

2、實驗證明將金屬雜質(zhì)含量約10ppb的酸經(jīng)過一次蒸餾后，金屬雜質(zhì)含量可以降低到0.01ppb左右。若對酸要求更高，可增加提純次數(shù)。
