我公司自行設(shè)計(jì)制造的機(jī)械及液壓式抓斗，深受國(guó)內(nèi)處客戶（例如全國(guó)各大港口、車站堆場(chǎng)、物流中心、電站、鋼廠、林場(chǎng)）歡迎，品種除常用的單索、雙索、四索、雙瓣抓斗及多瓣抓斗外，還有液壓抓斗、馬達(dá)抓斗。特別是為工程機(jī)械配套的專用各種抓斗（如木材抓斗、抓取大石塊的工程機(jī)械抓斗、液壓抓斗、挖斗、鏟斗），更是我公司的特色。目前除為國(guó)內(nèi)的工程機(jī)械生產(chǎn)廠家配套外，還為國(guó)外的客商配套。

（工程機(jī)械配液壓抓斗）液壓抓斗，分為液壓回轉(zhuǎn)和不帶液壓回轉(zhuǎn)兩種。不帶液壓回轉(zhuǎn)的貝型斗采用挖掘機(jī)鏟斗油缸的油路，不用另外添加液壓閥塊及管路；帶液壓回轉(zhuǎn)的貝型斗要添加一套液壓閥塊及管路來控制。油缸配置活塞保護(hù)裝置。 適用場(chǎng)合： 1、建筑地基的基坑挖掘、深坑挖掘及泥、沙、煤、碎石的裝載。 2、特別適用于溝或受限制的空間的一側(cè)進(jìn)行挖掘和裝載。 3、適用于船舶、火車、汽車的裝卸。 液壓雙瓣抓斗是一種能在各種惡劣環(huán)境下取代人力從事煤炭、礦粉、化肥散貨裝卸的有效工具。抓斗利用外部液壓系統(tǒng)或挖掘機(jī)自身液壓系統(tǒng)，完成抓斗的開閉動(dòng)作。抓斗能在各種惡劣環(huán)境下工作，所配管件均采用國(guó)際知名品牌，獨(dú)特的顎瓣曲線特別有利于散貨的裝卸。 電動(dòng)液壓多瓣抓斗是一種能在各種惡劣環(huán)境下取代人力從事廢鋼，生鐵，礦石，垃圾等不規(guī)則和大塊物料裝卸的有效工具。抓斗自帶液壓系統(tǒng)，液壓系統(tǒng)主要元件采用德國(guó)產(chǎn)品，使得抓斗具有的性能。抓斗有六到八個(gè)顎瓣，每個(gè)顎瓣分別由一個(gè)油缸驅(qū)動(dòng)，以保證物料不會(huì)散漏，抓斗上部設(shè)有電纜線接口，便于與挖機(jī)連接.
