化工品進口流程：

1、進口商和國外簽訂合同

2、國外訂艙發(fā)貨

3、貨物到港

4、換單

5、報檢，出報檢單

6、報關，海關查驗，出稅金

7、繳稅，海關放行

8、預約商檢 商檢查驗放行

9、提貨

化工品通關需要提供的資料

1、箱單

2、發(fā)票

3、貿易合同

4、海運提單

化工品進口注意事項：

1、化工品分為法檢化工品和非法檢化工品，非法檢化工品則不需要商檢。

2、為了保險起見，普通化工品進口前讓國外提供MSDS，確定沒有危險品成分。

3、如果是出口國家是疫區(qū)要在國外做好。

4、如果化工品有木質包裝或者托盤，需要給木質包裝和托盤報檢。

Notes for chemical import:

1. Chemical inspection is divided into legal inspection of chemical products and illegal inspection of chemical products, while illegal inspection does not require commodity inspection.
